3. Service Mode
This projector has Service Mode in addition to standard on-screen menus (User Mode).
This mode enables some menu settings for the service operation.
  3. 1. Setting to Service Mode
1. Press the MENU button on the control panel of the projector or on the remote controller.
2. Select the sub menu [service password] of the main menu [projector setup] and press the ENTER button.
3. Input the password "1565" by remote control and press the ENTER button.
4. Press the MENU button. Service mode menu will be displayed.
  3. 2. Resetting to User Mode
1. Press the MENU button on the control panel of the projector or on the remote controller.
2. Select the sub menu [service password] of the main menu [projector setup] and press the ENTER button.
3. Input the password "0000" by remote control and press the ENTER button.
4. Press the MENU button. User mode menu will be displayed.
[ Note ]
"Service mode" will be canceled even when the power is turned off.

[EXTRA OPTION] is added to bottom in the main menu.
1. LIGHT OUTPUT
・ Adjusts brightness with Dynamic Iris. It darkens as the value becomes small.

Function specification varies according to a version of the main microcomputer software.

2. MAX IRIS LEVEL
・ Adjust the maximum diaphragm quantity of Dynamic iris.  Please do not usually change setting.
When changed an iris unit or a DMD block, please adjust it refer to [SECTION 3 Adjustments].
3. DYNAMIC GAMMA MODE
・ Setting of the DYNAMIC GAMMA operation. 
- ON : Enable the Dynamic gamma function. (Default setting)
- OFF : Disable the Dynamic gamma function.
4. 3DCMS
・ Setting of the 3D Color Management System operation.
- ON : Enable the 3D Color Management system function. (Default setting)
- OFF : Disable the 3D Color Management system function.

[ Note ]
・ When the item from 1 to 11 is abnormal now, the font of "OK" becomes red "NG".
・ The "OK" font color will be red if the projector had shutdown due to abnormality last time.
・ If you want to clear the red font display, press the [MENU] key
from SELF CHECK screen and select [OK] button in the
clear confirmation screen.
・ After repairs are completed, please clear of error information.
6. POWER OFF MESSAGE
・ Operation setting of shutter at standby operation.
- SHUTTER KEEP: When pushing the standby key while the shutter mode is on, the projector keeps
SHUTTER KEEP:
 the shutter mode on and sets into standby mode.
- SHUTTER OPEN: When pushing the standby key while the shutter mode is on, the projector opens
SHUTTER OPEN: 
the shutter and displays the "Power OFF confirmation message". (Default setting)
7. ERROR OSD
・ The screen display setting of the LAMP errors. (for projection from rear)
- ON: If the lamp error occurrence, a message will appear on the screen.
- OFF: Lamp error message does not appear on the screen. (Default setting)
8. ELECTRICAL CONVERGENCE
・ If the convergence shift has occurred, it will set the electrical correction.
Refer to [SECTION 3 Adjustments].
9. MECHANICAL CONVERGENCE
・ If mechanically perform the convergence correction, to display the adjustment procedure on the screen.
* Refer to [SECTION 3 Adjustments] for the procedure.
10. MODEL
・ This setting is necessary when the A-P.C.Board is replaced.
* If you can copy EEPROM data from the old A-P.C.Board, this setting is unnecessary.
* This model setting is effective after power restart.  Refer to [SECTION 3 Adjustments] for the procedure.
11. CLOG SENSOR CALIBRATION
・ This is to calibrate the clog sensor circuit.
* This calibration is necessary when the A-P.C.Board, EEPROM (IC3711/IC3712) or M2-P.C.Board is replaced.
* Refer to [SECTION 3 Adjustments] for the procedure.
12. LAMP COOLING MODE
・ Setting of the fan operation for lamp cooling time. 
- FAN STOP : Lamp fan is stopped at the lamp cooling time.
- FAN ROTATION : Lamp fan is rotated at the lamp cooling time.
