This adjustment is required when replacing, handling or servicing the following parts. 

1. Control Board
2. Individual parts on the Control Board
3. Electronic Pen Position Detection Device which consists of the Sensor Board, Lens, Parabola Covers, etc.
4. Individual parts on the Sensor Board

The following are required for adjustment. Before performing the adjustment, prepare the following PC system, software, cable, etc.

Before performing the Receiver Level Adjustment or Pen Adjustment, the elite Panaboard Software and elite Panaboard Adjust-
ment Software must be installed. Install the elite Panaboard Adjustment Software, performing the following steps:

Install the elite Panaboard Software.

Execute “EPA1000.EXE” of the 

elite Panaboard 

Adjustment Software.

Install the software, following the instructions on the display.

When you complete the software installation, the “

elite Panaboard 

Adjustment Software” will be added into the pro-

gram menu.

The following table lists the symptoms that may result when they need to be replaced, cleaned or serviced.

Gently wipe the elite Panaboard with a soft, moist cloth.
Note

• use commercially available whiteboard cleaner to clean spots and dirt that are difficult to remove.
• The elite Panaboard is designed exclusively for projector images. If you write on the screen board with a white-board marker,

you cannot erase it with a standard eraser. Use a soft, moist cloth or commercially available melamine foam eraser to erase.

• Do not wipe the screen board with a dry cloth. (Doing so can cause static electricity build-up.)

As the penpoint of the electronic pen becomes worn, a hole will appear in the penpoint. Continuing to use the electronic pen in this
condition can cause damage to the screen or unsatisfactory operation, so replace the penpoint with a new one.

When the charge in the battery in the electronic pen is low, the message, “The pen battery is low. Replace the battery soon.” will be
displayed on the computer screen. Continued use of the electronic pen can lead to poor performance. Replace the battery as soon
as possible.
