3.5   Operating and LCD monitor display example
Status of each lamp when boiling cool water.
1. During the boiling operation of ordinary water, the 208F/98C LED will be blink and Long boil/Reboil
    will be lighted. After detection of boiling, the 208F/98C LED changes to continuous lighting and
    Long boil/Reboil LED will be extinguishes.
2. When pure ordinary water in and set 140F/60C keep warm by pressing the “Select” pad, the 140F/60C
    LED will be blink and Long boil/Reboil will be lighted. After detection of boiling, the 140F/60C LED 
    changes to continuous lighting and Long boil/Reboil LED will be extinguishes.
Status of each lamp when the 208F/98C keep warm is switched to the 140F/60C
 keep warm by pressing the “Select” pad.
1. When the 140F/60C keep warm is set by pressing the “Select” pad, 140F/60C will be blink. When the
    water temperature reaches 140°F or 60°C changes to continuous lighting.
Status of each lamp when setting the Long boil.
1. To set the Long boil for cool water, press the “Long boil/Reboil” pad once. Then both the 208F/98C
    LED and the Long boil/Reboil LED start blink.
2. To set the Long boil during either the 208F/98C keep warm or 140F/60C keep warm by press
    “Long boil/Reboil” pad twice. Then both the 208F/98C LED and Long boil/Reboil LED start blink.
    Upon completion of the Long boil, the Long bol/Reboil LED extinguishes and the 208F/98C changes to
    continuous lighting (if set Long boil during 208F/98C keep warm). Or then both the 140F/60C LED and
    Longboil/Reboil LED start blink. Upon completion of the Long boil, the Long boil/Reboil LED
    extinguishes and the 140F/60C changes to continuous lighting.
    (if set Long boil during 140F/60C keep warm).
Status of each lamp when setting cleaning mode.
1. To set cleaning mode by pressing “Select” 3 seconds, then both 208F/98C LED and Long boil/Reboil
    LED start lighted. Upon completion of the cleaning, the 208F/98C LED changes to blink and Long boil/
    Reboil LED extinguishes. When the water temperature reaches 208°F or 90°C, the 208F/98C changes
    to continuous lighting.

4. DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 Bottom plate and Body

      (Lower part)
1. Remove 2 tapping screws and 1 truss screw 
    from bottom plate.
2. Remove 1 screw and sleeve from body.
3. Remove white, orange lead wire and earth 
    wire from peg frame.
4. Remove body off.
5. Remove waterproof cover B.

1. Remove 3 waterproof claws and then open
    waterproof.
2. Remove all, connector, fasten terminal 
    and lead wire assy E which wiring on
    board holder A comp. (lower part).
Operating point
Fasten terminal which has stopper, should to
push arrow-point part and pull off together.

pattern on PCB is broken.

down by static electricity from clothes,
human body, workbenches, etc., when
touch or wonder to touch should to
ground humnan body with several M

1. Remove 1 screw off.
2. Remove bushing from water pipe packing A
    and container comp.
3. Remove feed water pipe from communicating
    bushing.
4.3 Feed water pipe
1. Remove 2 screws of cover plate.
2. Remove white, orange and yellow lead wire
    of heater terminal.
3. Remove cover plate from container.
4. Remove thermal fuse comp. from cover
    plate.
5. Remove hold spring A from cover plate.
6. Rotate thermistor assy. 90
° to remove it.

Do not forget to put compound.
Remove white, orange and yellow lead wires
with wrench.
