Step 11 : Check and repair Panel P.C.B. according to the dia-
gram shown.
9.2.
Checking & Repairing of SMPS
P.C.B.
Step 1 : Remove Top Cabinet Block.
Step 2 : Remove Front Panel Block.
Step 3 : Remove SMPS Block.
Step 4 : Remove SMPS P.C.B..
Step 5 : Slot the 14P FFC out of the Ferrite Core.
Caution : During assembling, insert the 14P FFC through
the Ferrite Core.
Step 6 : Place the Support Block to support the Front Panel
Block as shown.
Step 7 : Connect 12P FFC at the connector (CN900) on Panel
P.C.B..

Step 8 : Place the SMPS P.C.B. on the Support Block.
Step 9 : Connect 6P Cable at the connector (CN905) on SMPS
P.C.B..
Step 10 : Upset SMPS P.C.B..
Step 11 : Check and repair SMPS P.C.B. according to the dia-
gram shown.

Checking & Repairing of CD
Servo P.C.B.
Note : Insert CD before Checking CD Servo P.C.B.
Step 1 : Remove Top Cabinet Block.
Step 2 : Remove Front Panel Block.
Step 3 : Remove SMPS Block.
Step 4 : Remove Main P.C.B. Unit.
Step 5 : Remove CD Mechanism Unit (BRS1C).
Step 6 : Slot the 14P FFC out of the Ferrite Core.
Caution : During assembling, insert the 14P FFC through
the Ferrite Core.
Step 7 : Connect 6P Cable at the connector (CN905) on SMPS
P.C.B..
Step 8 : Connect 12P FFC at the connector (CN900) on Panel
P.C.B..
Step 9 : Connect 5P Wire at the connector (CN7902) on Main
P.C.B..
Step 10 : Connect 27P FFC at the connector (CN7002) on
Main P.C.B..

Step 11 : Check and repair CD Servo P.C.B. according to the
diagram shown.

P.C.B. (Side B)
Step 1 : Remove Top Cabinet Block.
Step 2 : Remove Front Panel Block.
Step 3 : Remove SMPS Block.
Step 4 : Remove Main P.C.B. Unit.
Step 5 : Remove Main P.C.B..
Step 6 : Remove CD Mechanism Unit (BRS1C).
Step 7 : Connect 6P Cable at the connector (CN905) on SMPS
