Caution 2: During assembling, desolder the solder points.
Step 2 Remove 3 screws.
Step 3 Desolder 4 pins.
Step 4 Slightly lift up the CD Servo P.C.B.
Step 5 Flip the CD Servo P.C.B.
Step 6 Detach 24P FPC at the connector (CN7001) on CD
Servo P.C.B.
Step 7 Remove CD Servo P.C.B..

Step 8 Ground the 24P FPC with a short pin.

9 Service Position
Note: For description of the disassembly procedures, see the Section 8
9.1.
Checking & Repairing of Panel
P.C.B.
Step 1 : Remove Top Cabinet Block.
Step 2 : Remove Front Panel Block.
Step 3 : Remove Volume Knob.
Step 4 : Remove 2 screws from Panel P.C.B..
Step 5 : Remove 6 screws from Tact Switch P.C.B..
Step 6 : Release 3 Catches.

Step 7 : Lift up Panel P.C.B. & Tact Switch P.C.B. together.
Step 8 : Slot the 14P FFC out of the Ferrite Core.
Caution : During assembling, insert the 14P FFC through
the Ferrite Core.
Step 9 : Place the Panel P.C.B. & Tact Switch P.C.B. on the
Support Block..
Step 10 : Connect 12P FFC at the connector (CN900) on Panel
P.C.B..
