more, shall have additional stability requirements.

Apparatus designed for only fixing to a wall, ceiling 
or equipment rack are not required to be subjected 
to these additional requirements if the marking of

shall be provided with information in the instructions for installation for use, 
containing the following information or similar: 

If a television is not positioned in a sufficiently stable location, it can be potentially 
hazardous due to falling. Many injuries, particularly to children, can be avoided by taking 
simple precautions such as:

Using cabinets or stands recommended by the manufacturer of the t elevision.
