 Subject: Stops playing after 1-2 hours, black squares in the picture, locks after some time 
 

 

In the event you receive a DVD-1 for repair with the claim, “stops playing after a while”, or “strange 
squares in the picture”, or locks after some time.Then the DVD-mecha must be replaced. No separate 
laser is available at present.

For all repairs following feedback is requested in order to supply the mecha-deck :

These informations are requested to be submitted with the order of the parts, max. 2 units will 
be supplied additionally as a replacement stock per distributor. The defect mecha-deck is 
required to be kept for further investigation, and in case of request from HCI to be returned to
