TV micro (on AG board) is monitoring BE Micro (on FB2 board) are alive or not like 
watch dog timer. When BEM has not boot up, TVM try to re-start. We can see chassis
reboot at this case. Check FB2 board has correct power or not.

CN 5600 12V, 6.5V power and harness to GF1(GF2) Board.

F4100, F4102, F5200  conduction.

If power rail has no problem, replace FB2 board.
