Flexible Board
• Make sure that the conductive side of a flexible board does not have any stain or foreign materials.
• Do not touch the conductive side of flexible boards with bare hands.
• Plug in a flexible board straight, fully into the connector until it reaches the end inside.

• When opening the connector's holder in direction A, do not open it with excessive force.

• Make sure that the flat cable and flexible board are not cracked or bent at the contact end.
Cut and remove the part of gilt
which comes off at the point.
(Be careful or some
pieces of gilt may be left inside)
• Do not apply excessive force to the gilded flexible board.

• The proper way to disconnect a connector is to grab the connector instead of the wires. If you pull on the wires,
they might be broken.

Precaution on Replacing the Board
After replacing the following boards, be sure to perform the update of firmware.
About the update, consult with each Head Quarters.
• AVP-25 board (Overall Section-5)
• DPR-365 board (Overall Section-5)
• VIF-58 board (Overall Section-3)
• KY-739 board ( Inside Panel Section-2)
Refer to following items on the ADJUST tab of the Adjust Manual for destination data input, USB Serial number and
Product ID input when replacing DPR-365 board.
• DPR-365 board: Initialize Machine ID (DPR board)

Service Menu
The unit is provided with the Service menu that is useful for maintenance and adjustment. The menu content is displayed
on the screen.
The Service menu consists of the following menus.

How to Display the Service Menu
• Press the [MENU] button to display the setup menu.
• Turn the [SEL/SET] dial to place the cursor at “Hours Meter” of the System menu.
• Press the [MENU] button while pressing the [SEL/SET] dial and the [ASSIGN 1] button simultaneously.
The Service menu is added to the setup menu.
Tip
The Service menu is kept in the setup menu unless the power is turned off, after add the Service menu.
It is able to switch on/off the Service menu display by pressing the [MENU] button.
The Service menu is deleted from the setup menu when the power is turned off.
