Be sure avoiding replacement of Mirror Tube Block
ASSY as far as possible.
If replacement of it should be need, you convey the
message to your user that changing of the “Carl Zeiss
Serial No.” is needed, and then you may obtain user's
agreement, and it replace.

Bond (B-40): J-6082-614-A

1.  Attach the Front Lens Barrel ASSY, matching the Gauge point (red) with the index line of focus scale window.
2.  Apply the adhesive bond (B-40) to the indicated portions, and tighten the three screws.

1.  Leave a wrinkle to the motor flexible.

Adhesive bond (B-10): J-6082-612-A

1.  Set the zoom to WIDE end.

 

2.  Assemble the zoom linkage plate and POM cap, attach the Zoom Linkage Plate to insertion hole of Zoom Linkage Plate of this lens.

  Align the direction that the POM cap installs as shown in the figure below.

3.  Tighten the two screws, Apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the indicated portions.

4.  After grease (FT-210) dries, apply grease (G-85) to the indicated portions of Zoom Barrel.

1.  Apply grease (G-62) to the indicated portions of encoder printed wiring board.

 After dropping grease, spread it entirely and wipe it slightly.
