  For Adjustment, when attach the checking lens to the lens test projector or the flange back tester, remove the rear light shield barrel.

 

If do not remove the rear light shield barrel, the checking lens can not attach them.

 Modify the zoom retainer tube block as follows to make the Half Completion JIG.

The lens assembly is replaced in order of the following.

The Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX) is required for the finished inspection.
Prepare/start the lens adjustment program with the following steps.

Equipment used
• Personal Computer
•  Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX.zip)
•  Finished Inspection JIG II (AC 100 V only)
•  Half Completion JIG

  Personal computer must have the condition that Windows VISTA/7 runs normally and USB is connectable.

  Acquire the Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX.zip) from the each HQ.

  Please make the Half Completion JIG in each service station.

 

For details of the jig making method, refer to  4-1-1. List of Service Tools and Equipment  Note 6.

1.  Saving Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX.zip)
1)  Unzip the Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX.zip)
2) Save ACSSM-S-VerXXX.exe  in an arbitrary folder.

  The version of  ACSSM-S-VerXXX.exe  might be updated. 

Confirm that  4-1-3. Installing the Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX)  has been completed before this procedure is executed.

In case of performing Finished inspection or Half completion inspection, be sure to perform in the condition the lens is laid down (do not 
perform in the lens standing condition).

Connect equipment and checking lens as shown in Fig. 4-1-4 or 4-1-6.
Note:

    ACSSM-S-VerXXX  cannot start up without the connection to the finished inspection JIG II.
