4)  In case that  OK  does not appear on both the Amp and Mean columns in all ranges while rotating the focus in the MR wave check, 
adjust by moving the position of the MR sensor.
5)  After adjustment, apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the head of screw.

4-9.  FOCUS BRUSH POSITION CHECK/ADJUSTMENT
Equipment
• Personal Computer
•  Finished Inspection JIG II (AC 100 V only)
•  Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX.zip)
•  Adhesive bond (B-10)
•  Half Completion JIG
Note:
  Please make the Half Completion JIG in each service station.
 
  For details of the jig making method, refer to  4-1-1. List of Service Tools and Equipment  Note 6.
1. Preparations
1)  Set the checking lens to the condition as shown in Fig. 4-9-1 (Half completion).

2)  Connected to equipment with checking lens. (Refer to  4-1-4. Connection of Finished Inspection JIG II/Half Completion JIG and 
Startup of Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX) )
3)  Start up the lens adjustment program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX.exe).
4)  Click [Set up], and perform the initial setting. (Refer to  4-1-5. Initial Setting of Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX) )
2. Adjusting Method
1)  Set the focus to infinity position and the zoom to WIDE position in Fig. 4-9-2.
2)  Loosen a little the screw fixing the brush.

3)  Click the [Adjust Focus Brush].

4)  In case of the focus is at the focus adjustment point, the pop-up window as shown below appears on the screen, tighten the screw at the

5)  Apply the adhesive bond (B-10) to the tip of screw as shown in Fig. 4-9-5.
6)  Confirm the focus adjustment point doesn t go out of order with setting it to near position or infinity position again.

4-10. FINISHED ADJUSTMENT/INSPECTION

1. Preparations
1)  Connected to equipment with checking lens. (Refer to  4-1-4. Connection of Finished Inspection JIG II/Half Completion JIG and 
Startup of Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX) )
2)  Start up the lens adjustment program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX.exe).
3)  Click [Set up], and perform the initial setting. (Refer to  4-1-5. Initial Setting of Lens Adjustment Program (ACSSM-S-VerXXX) )
Note: 
When the Multi Serial window opens, take the following actions.
Process No.
You need not enter process number.
Serial No.
When the mount block assy is replaced, enter a serial number.

1. Preparations
1)  Remove the zoom rubber ring, peel off the polyester tape and remove the SUS sheet A.

2)  Loosen a little the screw fixing the brush.

Enter values in each box of  TELE Limit,   MIDDLE,  and  WIDE Limit.  If any of these values is 0, enter 0.
