Grease (G-36): J-6082-667-A
Grease (G-48): J-6082-669-A
1.
Apply the grease (G-48) and grease (G-36) to the inner cam of 1st cam barrel.
2.
Assemble the main assy and the 1st cam barrel, aligning their oblong holes.
Note:
Adjust the cutout of linear drive barrel to the cutout of 1st cam barrel.
3.
Thread the 2nd coma through the oblong hole of 1st cam barrel and the oblong hole of main assy and then fix the 2nd slip barrel with
the coma screws D.
Note:
Tighten the coma screws D in order of a
t b t c t a.
After tightening, confirm that the 2nd coma does not float.
4.
Confirm that the focus cam barrel moves smoothly and evenly.

1.
Dip the focus cam barrel in the grease (G-36).
2.
Apply the grease to all circumferences and groove fo linear drive barrel.
3.
Assemble the linear drive barrel and focus cam barrel, aligning their oblong holes.
4.
Fix the focus slip barrel with the focus slip coma and coma screws F, threading through the linear drive barrel and the oblong hole of
focus cam barrel.
Note:
Be sure to confirm the relation between the parts location.
Tighten the coma screws F in order of a
t b t c t a.
After tightening, confirm that the focus slip coma does not float.
5.
Confirm that the focus cam barrel moves smoothly and evenly.
