once in servicing. Instead, use a new screw.

Note 3: High-voltage cautions

Discharging the Capacitor
Short-circuit between the two points with the
short jig about 10 seconds.
To avoid the spark with the metal plate,
wrap the short jig with the insulation tape.

Be careful not to cut so long the leads
of  capacitors (avoiding short-circuit).

Note 1: Solderling caution

Be sure not to put the soldering height 
higher than the leads of flashing block.
(1.4 mm maximum.)

Do not touch the vibrating surface.
