This unit makes it possible to disassemble the EVF from the finished state to clean it. When a problem related to dust
is indicated from a customer, remove the VF eyepiece block in the following procedure and clean it.
When cleaning the VF eyepiece block, use birdlime or the like to remove dust.

• Recommended jig: J-6082-726-A Cleaning Stick II

• Carry out the cleaning work in a clean environment to avoid dust or foreign matter during disassembling.

Use a clean booth if possible.

• Do not use an air blower because it raises surrounding dust.
• Do not use cleaning cloth that causes wiping unevenness.

Make a jig as shown below by bending fine wire.

Depress the viewfinder pop-up switch to pop up the EVF.

Draw the VF eyepiece block.

Insert both ends of the jig into the holes of the VF eyepiece block, gently hold the jig, and then pull out the
VF eyepiece block while pushing the internal bosses.

Do not scratch the main body with the jig.

For adjusting these models, the Adjust Station and the Adjust Manual are required.

It is the software to start up Adjust Manual for each model.
The installer of the Adjust Station and the installation manual are attached, be sure to confirm the contents of them.

It is the software to adjust and check digital cameras and camcorders for service.
