S-FORCE is a generic term of a sound middleware for Play Station 2.
By using “Virtual 3D sound middleware” of S-FORCE technology, the

This is a basic principle of “S-FORCE”.
When one speaker sound is heard with two ears, the sound of each ear is not same.
The original speaker sound is affected with the reflection or diffraction of the
physical face or ear form.
Human being can detect the sound source direction with this characteristic,
“Head Related Transfer Function (HRTF)”.
