This panel emits infrared signal towards the 3D glasses you wear when viewing 3D

The HDMI 2 and PC terminals can both use the same audio input terminal (HDMI 2/PC

When the MAIN POWER switch is turned off (a), the amount of electric power 
consumed will be reduced to 0.01 W or less. However, unlike when unplugging the AC 
cord, the power is not completely disconnected.
WARNING
•  Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.
•  Do not set the volume at a high level. Hearing experts advise against extended 
listening at high volume levels.
Important information:
Satellite services are only available for the 830 model series.

 Operation overview
Follow the steps below one by one when using the TV. Some steps may not be 
necessary depending on your TV installation and connection.
 1. Preparation - Connecting the TV

•  Place the TV close 
to the AC outlet, and 
keep the power plug 
within reach.
•  Product shape varies 
in some countries.
 
Plug the standard DIN45325 plug (IEC 169-2) 75 
q coaxial cable.
 
Connect the satellite antenna cable.
 
Insert a CA card into the CI slot to watch 
scrambled broadcasts (Page 11).
 
Plug in the AC cord.
 
Bundle the cables with the tie.
 
Check that the MAIN POWER switch on the rear 
of the TV is turned on (;).

2. Preparation - Setting the TV
