• The on-screen display appears for a few seconds after turning

Basic Operation
Switching the Input Modes (AV1/AV2/COMPONENT/PC/FM Radio/TV)
Turn on the power of the connected devices.
Press INPUT to select the applicable input source.
• The screen changes in order of AV1, AV2, PC, FM Radio
and TV mode each time INPUT is pressed.
• You can enter the FM Radio mode directly by pressing
RADIO. Press the button again to exit.
NOTE
• AV1:
Select this mode when viewing the signals from the
video equipment connected to the AV-IN1 terminal or to
the COMPONENT input terminals.
When viewing the signals from the COMPONENT input
terminals, set “Terminal select” to “COMPONENT” and
connect the audio output to the AV-IN1 (21-pin Euro-
SCART (RGB)) terminal.
See page 25 for more details.
• AV2:
Select this mode when viewing the signals from the
video equipment connected to the AV-IN2 terminals
using the VIDEO or S-VIDEO terminal for video input.
If both VIDEO and S-VIDEO terminals are connected
with cables, the S-VIDEO input terminal is selected as
the high priority.
• PC:
Select this mode when viewing the signals from the PC
connected to the PC-IN terminal.
• FM Radio: Select this mode when listening to the FM radio using the FM
antenna terminal for FM radio signal input.
In this mode, an image cannot be displayed on the screen.

Changing Channels
You can select channels using Channel Select or
CH (

).
NOTE
• To handle the increasing number of channels available, this LCD
TV set allows you to select up to 160 channels (0 to 159) for TV
and up to 40 channels (0 to 39) for FM radio.

Using Channel Select
When selecting the channel using Channel Select, finish
inputting the channel number by holding down the button for
the last digit for a moment.
To select a one-digit channel (e.g. Channel 5)

Selecting Menu Items

LCD TV set. Select the desired menu item by following the
steps below.
See the next page for each Menu screen.
NOTE
• The items displayed differ depending on the setting conditions,
such as an input mode.
• The item selected is displayed in orange.
• Settings most recently adjusted will be saved in memory.
