- change the settings to a higher rate „115200“
- press “OK” and then press the “Connection” button again !
- now press “Programming”

- the following appears :
- press “Details” and the following appears:
- confirm this line, it should be shown as, for example: (if not, use the browse button)
C:\ Starter_298\Configs\VGC_5969B_A3_evalboard_uart_flash_13Apr_2006.txt
- select the file you want to update (… .elf) - please see next page

- press “Flash” now!
- the update starts automatically

when the progress bars reach the end, you have to wait and the following window is
shown on the PC

- wait until the flash has burned. When the burning-process has ended
(takes about 15 min)
- the window is shown as follows. “OK” is shown
- disconnect the set from mains, wait for 10 seconds and connect the set again
to mains
- both LEDs on the TV-set become red for some seconds,
( if you have overwritten the current software with the same software file again
,the LEDs do not become red after switching on !)
- don’t disconnect or switch off the set during this time !!
- after this the set switches on automatically
