You find this file structure in : Starter_298\Configs\VGC_5969B_A3
- click “open”
- after all press ”OK”
- the follwing appears:

click “file”
- you can save the settings with “save as” with a name you can choose
within the “starter” program or another folder (see next page)

- connect the TV-set to the mains and connect the TV with PC by using
the serial cable
- wait until the picture appears (If you switch the set on and off in this condition
,you can see strange signs, please ignore!)
- click the connection button
- type in “USEROFF” in capital letters (you will not see any reaction,
the screen stays black !!) and press “Enter”
- you can see an “OK” on the screen now.
- type in “DPON” in capital letters and press “Enter” (you will not see any reaction,
the screen stays black !!)
- you will see a message ”MSH” on the screen

(If you wait to long before the next steps, you will see a screen full of lines which
start with the word “Demo”. In this case press “Enter” and the “MSH” message
appears again )
- type in “fpga 3 0x80” ( ! press “space” button before and after “3” on your PC)
- press “OK” and you see:
- now the TV switches off automatically!

- click “options” followed by “preferences”
- click connection and then press “Change”
