Do not apply Stearic Acid (UKOG-0312FCZZ), Strontium Titanium (UKOG-0316FCZZ) or Titanium
Hydroxide (UKOG-0322FCZZ) starting powder to the Primary Transfer Belt.

Complete maintenance on Cyan, Magenta & Yellow Drum Units
• OPC Drum (MX-62GRSA x 3)
•
Drum Blade & MC Unit (MX-620MK x 3)
Replace C, M, Y Developer (MX-62GVSB).
Sim 24-04 Clear C, M, Y (Colour) Drum CTRG Counters.
Sim 24-04 Clear C, M, Y (Colour) Main Charge Counters.
Sim 24-04 Clear C, M, Y (Colour) Drum Blade Counters.
Sim 24-02 Clear maintenance Colour Counter
Sim 25-02 Toner Concentration Auto Adjustment - Select C, M, Y.
Notes: If ALL developer has been replaced at the same time, select CMYK.
When Sim 25-02 is executed, the developer counter (Sim24-05) is also automatically
cleared.
Ensure all toner cartridges are removed prior to running Sim 25-02
Sim 44-27 Clear Half Tone Process Correction.
Black Consumables:
(only when the Black maintenance counter has reached the specified life).
Replace Black Developer (MX-62GVBB).
Complete maintenance on Black Drum Unit

All MX series machines have a coin vend interface located on the PCU Main PWB. The vending device activates
various signals to indicate paper sizes and operation.
Because of additional functionality, the interface connector has been changed from 12 to 16 pins.

Before connecting a third party auditor, the device should confirm to the following:-
1. The auditor interface should be optically isolated from the copier.
2. The device should be Power Supply Unit independent.
3. The device power supply unit should be a plug top adapter, not internal.
4. The plug top adapter should have a reinforced insulation barrier.
5. The audit device MUST hold a CE Mark.
