3.3  Choose the ARPE1 and the required print queue. By default all three print queues, PRINT, HOLD

and DIRECT are enabled.  You may have disabled some of these queues during the previous
process of “Setting up the ARPE1”. If so, these will not be displayed.

3.4  Confirm the network path and queue name and then click on Next.

3.5  The printer driver files should automatically be downloaded to your Windows 9x computer. If this

occurs the following screen shots will not be displayed. Please note that the automatically
downloaded version will be the Letter version and so will require its paper setting altering after
installation. Jump to 3.9 below.

If the files are not automatically downloaded, then the following screen will be displayed. Click on
Have Disk and browse to the ARPE1 software CD, English\Prntdrvr directory.

3.6 Click on OK, confirm the path to the drivers and click OK again.

3.7  You are now prompted for the version of printer driver.  “Sharp AR-C150 E” is the A4 version, and

“Sharp AR-C150” is the Letter version. Generally for the UK we should select  “Sharp AR-C150
E”. Highlight the required version and click Next.

3.8  If you have already loaded a printer driver of this type the following screen will appear. This is

asking you if you would like to update the already installed printer driver. If you are not updating
the driver, click Next.

3.9   You are now prompted for a Printer Name. You can keep the default or alter the name. You can

also set this printer as the default printer. Click on Next when ready.

3.10  Finally, you are asked if you wish to perform a test print. As the printer driver still has to be

configured, select No and then click on Finished.

3.11  Your printer should now appear in the printers folder.
