5. RELAY PWB UNIT
1 ) Disconnect two connectors, remove four screws (M3 x 6 SW+W, Silver), and remove the relay PWB unit.

6. DELTA DC PS UNIT
■ PN-E702
1 ) Disconnect four connectors, remove six screws (M3 x 6, Silver), and remove the DELTA DC PS unit.
CAUTION
SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE

0.55 - 0.65N•m
■ PN-E602
1 ) Disconnect three connectors, remove six screws (M3 x 6, Silver), and remove the DELTA DC PS unit.

7. C-PWB UNIT
1 ) Disconnect one connector, remove four screws (M3 x 6, Silver), and remove the C-PWB cover.

2 ) Disconnect two connectors of the flat cable, remove six screws (M3 x 6 SW+W, Silver), and remove the C-PWB unit.

2 ) Disconnect two connectors of the flat cable, remove five screws (M3 x 6 SW+W, Silver), and remove the C-PWB unit.

1 ) Disconnect two connectors, remove four screws (M3 x 6 SW+W, Silver), and remove the 5V power unit.
