2 ) Remove the clamp (which is attached to the PWB fixing angle) together with the harness. Remove thirteen screws (M3 x 6, Silver) and remove
the PWB fixing angle.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Fix the screws in the sequence of 
1 --> 3, and fix the other positions.
SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE
n
0.55 - 0.65N•m
3 ) Disconnect the connector at 4 positions. Remove 10 screws (M3 x 6, Silver) and remove the LED DRV PWB.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Insert the hook into the hole in the LED DRV PWB and fix.
n
Fix the screws in the sequence of 
1 --> 2, and fix the other positions.

0.55 - 0.65N•m

16. LCD MODULE
1 ) Remove eighteen screws (M4 x 6, Silver), disengage slit cover side A (2 positions), and remove the  slit cover top assembly and slit cover bottom
assembly.
CAUTION
SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE
n
0.9 - 1.1N•m
2 ) Remove ten screws (M4 x 6, Sliver), and remove the slit cover metal fixture (10 positions).
CAUTION

0.9 - 1.1N•m

3 ) Remove 3 screws A (M3 x 6, Silver), and remove the temperature sensor holder. Remove 2 screws B (M3 x 6, Silver), and remove the cabinet
angle lower. Remove 2 screws C (M3 x 6, Silver), and remove the fan duct. Remove 12 clamps. Remove 12 screws D (M3 x 6 flat head (Sil-
ver)), and remove 6 PWB fixing angles.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Insert the pawl securely when installing the fan duct before positioning. 
n
Fix the PWB fixing angles in the sequence of 
1 --> 2. 
n
When removing and reassembling, put the part transversely.
