3 ) Open the clamp. Disconnect the connector at two positions. Remove four screws 
A (M3 x 6, Silver), and remove the fan assembly. Remove four
screws 
B (M3 x 28, Silver) and remove the fan.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
When installing, be careful of the fan direction. Do not cover the convex positioning section.
n
When replacing the fan, be careful not to pinch the harness.
SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE
n
0.55 - 0.65N•m
3. EXPANSION COVER
1 ) Unscrew 8pcs of screws (M3 x 4 (black)), and remove the Expansion cover.

4. REAR COVER ASSY
1 ) Remove 4 screws 
A (M6 x 22S/SW, Black), and remove the handle and the handle spacer. Remove 22 screws B (M4 x 6, Black) and 6 screws
C (M4 x 6, Black), and 5 screws D (M3 x 6, Black), and remove the rear cover assembly.
CAUTION
SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE

MEMO

When replacing the rear cover assembly, reassemble the rear cover assembly in the following procedures.
1 ) Insert the positioning section of the rear cover R into the positioning hole in the rear cover L, and fix with four screws 
A (M3 x 8B, Silver).
2 ) Attach the four corner fixing plates, and fix them with 8 screws 
B (M4 x 6, Silver).
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
The connected part should be properly seated. (not lifted)

5. KEY PWB
1 ) Remove sixteen screw-blind sheets. Remove eight screws (M4 x 6, flat head, Black), and remove the front bezels L and R. Remove eight screws
(M4 x 6, flat head, Black), and remove the front bezel D assembly.
CAUTION
n
Since there is no excessive length of the flat cable of the key PWB, do not separate the front bezel D assembly from the LCD module too much
when removing the assembly.
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
When attaching the front bezels L and R, insert the positioning section of the front bezels L and R into the holes in the front bezels D and U.
n
Tighten the screws in the holes on the panel side.
n
After tightening the screws, attach the screw-blind sheets precisely to positions.
SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE
n
0.9 - 1.1N•m
2 ) Remove the key PWB fixing plate, lift the key PWB, and remove the flat cable.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Fit the key PWB with the IR filer hole.
n
Slide the key PWB fixing plate so that it is caught by the rib, and attach.
n
Gently pull the flat cable to check that it is not disconnected.
