11. I/F PWB
1 ) Unscrew 6pcs of hexagon screws, 1pc of screw
A (M3 x 8B (silver)), 1pc of screw B (M3 x 6 with a washer (white)) and 6pcs of screw C (M3 x
6 (silver)). Remove the I/F connector angle.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Fix the hexagon screw and screw
C in the sequence of 1 --> 2--> 3, and then fix the other locations.
SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE
n
0.55 - 0.65N•m
2 ) Disconnect the connector at 7 positions. Remove 8 screws (M3 x 8S/SW, Silver), and remove the I/F PWB assembly.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Check the model name on the model name label.
n
Check to confirm that the coin battery is securely installed.
n
Insert the hook section into the hole in the I/F PWB and fix.
n
Fix the screws in the sequence of
1 --> 2, and fix the other positions.
n
When replacing the IF-TCON FFC, fold as shown and connect.

12. LED POWER UNIT
1 ) Disconnect the connector at 6 positions. Remove 18 screws (M3 x 8S/SW, Silver), and remove the LED power unit.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Insert the hook into the hole in the LED power unit and fix.
n
Fix the screws in the sequence of
1 --> 2, and fix the other positions.
SCREW TIGHTENING TORQUE
n
0.55 - 0.65N•m
13. SYSTEM POWER UNIT
1 ) Disconnect the connector at 5 positions. Remove 9 screws (M3 x 8S/SW, Silver), and remove the system power unit.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Slide the FFC protect sheet in the arrow direction so that it is not beneath the PWB, and insert the hook into the hole in the system power unit
and fix.

14. LED TCON PWB
1 ) Disconnect the connector at 6 positions. Remove 4 screws (M3 x 6, Silver), and remove the LED TCON PWB.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY

Insert the hook into the hole in the LED TCON PWB and fix.
n
Fix the screws in the sequence of
1 --> 2, and fix the other positions.

15. LED DRV PWB
1 ) Remove the reuse band together with the harness which is inserted into the PWB fixing angle. Disconnect the connector at 3 positions. Remove
2 screws (M3 x 6, Silver). Remove the harness guide.
CAUTION
NOTE FOR ASSEMBLY
n
Set the harness guide to its position. Fix the screws in the sequence of
1 --> 2.
