BREAKFAST

1. Press the BREAKFAST key twice.

The breakfast function enables you to cook several breakfast menus easily (See chart below).

WARNING:
The oven cavity, turntable rack, dishes and especially the bottom grill will become very hot. Always use thick

• Grease the turntable with 5-10ml of oil.
• Place bacon and/or sausages on the turntable (Pierce sausages).
• When oven indicates, turn bacon/sausages over and add eggs (not beaten).
• After cooking, leave to stand for 2-3 minutes.
NOTE: Use MORE or LESS as indicated.
NOTE:
It is not necessary to pierce eggs as this programme uses only the grill, after eggs have been added.

PIZZA
The PIZZA function enables you to cook chilled and frozen pizzas. The function automatically
calculates the correct cooking time and mode for the pizza. (microwave power combined with
the top and bottom grills).
EXAMPLE:
To cook frozen pizza weighing 400g.
WEIGHT RANGE:
Food weight should be rounded up to the nearest 0.1 kg or 1 oz. For example, 0.45 kg to 0.5 kg and 12.5 oz
to 13oz. You are restricted to enter a weight within the range given in the chart below.
NOTE:
•  Your oven comes set for kg/g mode. For converting to lb/oz, see weight conversion on page 20.
•  If an incorrect weight range is entered when using the PIZZA function, “EE” will be displayed. To erase,         
press the STOP/CLEAR key.
•  If you cook while the energy save mode is set, at the end of cooking the display will be              . And after 2
minutes, the display will be blank.

INSTANT COOK
INSTANT COOK CHART
This function allows you to cook Mixed Grill, Oven Chips and Baked Potato at the touch of a key. (See chart
below.)
EXAMPLE:
To cook Oven Chips weighing 200g.
NOTE:
• Your oven comes set for kg/g mode. For converting to lb/oz, see weight conversion on page 20.
• The Instant Cook Function can only be input within 2 minutes after cooking completion, closing the door or
pressing the STOP/CLEAR key.
• After cooking for more than 2 minutes a cooling fan will begin automatically for 5 minutes.
• If you cook whilst the energy save mode is set, at the end of cooking the display will be blank.

•  Grease the turntable with 5-10ml of oil.
•  Place chops, pierced sausages, gammon and steak on the 
turntable.
•  When the audible signal sounds turn over food, add the 
mushrooms and tomatoes. Close the door and continue to cook.
•  After cooking serve immediately.
Oven Chips

•  Spread chips evenly on the turntable.

•  After cooking stand 2-3 minutes.
NOTE: Use LESS for french fries/ thin chips and MORE for thick chips.

AUTO COOK/AUTO DEFROST
This function enables you to cook or defrost the foods listed on the control panel (see Auto Cook/Defrost chart on
page 15-16). To operate the Auto Cook/Auto Defrost function, follow the example given below.
NOTE:
Your oven comes set for kg/g mode. For converting lb/oz, see weight conversion on page 20.
Example:
To cook Roast Beef (medium) weighing 1.0kg using Auto Cook AC-3.
The final temperature will vary according to the initial food temperature. Check food is piping hot after cooking. If
necessary, you can extend the cooking time and change the power level.
NOTE:
• If an incorrect weight range is entered when using the AUTO COOK/AUTO DEFROST function, “EE” will be
displayed. To erase, press the STOP/CLEAR key.

Weight Range: Food weight should be rounded up or down to the nearest 0.1kg e.g 0.65kg to 0.7kg or
0.34kg to 0.3kg.
You are restricted to enter a weight within the range given (see chart on page 15-16). to
cook/defrost weights below or above the range given, please refer to the charts on pages 28-
30. To cook or defrost food which is not included in the AUTO COOK/AUTO DEFROST
menu, please refer to the charts on pages 28-30.
Defrost:
If necessary, shield small areas of meat or poultry with flat pieces of aluminium foil. This will
prevent thin areas becoming warm during defrosting. Ensure the foil does not touch the oven
walls. Do not cook the meat or poultry until thoroughly defrosted.
When action is required (example to turn food over) the oven stops and the audible signals sound, the remaining
cooking time and any indicator will flash on the display. To continue cooking, press the START/AUTO
MINUTE 
key.
