Features names and functions of the system parts are described
as the below. The display included in the POS system may differ
depending on the customer.
Touch Screen TFT LCD panel
Displays the operational status of the system.
MSR(Magnetic Stripe Reader)
A device that recognizes a credit card.
Power Light
Lights up when the system is on.
Hard Disk Drive Access Light
Lights up when the hard disk drive is reading
data from or writing data to the drive.
LAN Light
Lights up when the LAN subsystem is operating.
Speaker
Outputs sound while an audio application is running.
Brightness control
Adjusts the brightness of the screen.
Power Button
Turns On/OFF your system.
Speaker
Outputs sound while an audio application is running.
USB Connector
Connects peripherals such as a scanner,
a printer and a keyboard to the USB
(Universal Serial Bus) connectors

Rear Side
RJ11 cash drawer connector (CBX Port)
An optional cash drawer(Optional) can be
connected to this RJ11 cash drawer port.
Main memory card/Mini-PCI slot rear cover
Lift the cover to install or replace the main memory
card or to install a Mini-PCI card.
Serial Port
Connects serial devices such as a Line display, a
barcode scanner, or a receipt printer that use serial
interface to the serial ports. The powered COM1 and
powered COM2 ports support supply for Normal DC
+0V, and +5V by BIOS settings
PS/2 Keyboard connector
Connects to external PS/2 keyboard device.
LCD panel
Displays the operational status of the system.
(Secondary LCD panel)
USB connectors
You can connect peripherals such as scanners, printers and keyboard
to the USB (Universal Serial Bus) connectors. USB includes devices
that in the past used serial ports, parallel ports, the keyboard port, and
the mouse port as well as new kinds of devices. USB peripherals are
hot swappable enabling plug and play for your peripherals.
RJ-45 LAN connector
Connects the RJ-45 cable for 10/100/1000 Base Ethernet connection
to this port.
Parallel Port
Connects parallel devices such as a printer to the
parallel port. (Supporting 2'nd VGA port with cable)
Power connector
Connects one end of the AC power cord to
the power socket.
Audio-out jack
An external amplified speaker may
beconnected to the jack for listening to sounds.
LCD brightness Adjust
Adjusts the brightness of the secondary LCD.
IO Port Cover
A cover that protects various cables connected to the system.
