Course Objectives
The course is intended for all members of support staff. After
completing the course the support staff should be able to configure a
complete working networked system. Understanding what products
are required for any particular configuration. They should be in a
position to support live sites to provide technical assistance when
required.

Course Overview
The course is intended to cover the new technology used on the
UP3300. Particular attention will be paid to the touch screen
functionality, and to the new features not previously available on
models prior to the UP3300.
The file allocation, system pre-sets and program settings will be
covered to enable attendees to have a good understanding of these
area’s.
Hands on practical exercises should make it easier for both sales
and technical staff to gain a better understanding of the workings and
functionality of the POS.
