Start Windows explorer and right click the mouse on the C Drive.

Set the properties as

Before a Network backup can be performed you need to install the network protocol
PTNETBIOS as shown in the network section 16.

To Backup an application select the Pos Network backup icon from START menu
PROGRAMS

This will open a dos prompt into the following directory C:\UP5700.BAK
To restore the demo program into the Pos type the following from the
C:\UP5700.BAK directory.

5700BAKN XXXXXXXX where XXXXXXX is the name of the backup program folder.

Select 1 to Backup

Select one of the above options depending on the type of memory being used.

On the Pos exit the application into Dos by pressing ALT +  F10 on the qwerty
keyboard.

Press 1 to continue.
When completed the PC will have created backed up XXXXXXXX in this case
GLOBE in the C:\up5700.bak folder.

To change the Node id of a Pos machine once the node has been set you need to
change the following two files.

Change the last line of the rincs.cfg to be the new node number

Change the last line of the autoexec.bat to be the new node number
