6.7 PLU Report
Q.
I want to setup the following 2 till UP-800 system
Individual Clerks
Individual PLU's
Individual X1/Z1 Resetting reports on the slave
Individual X1/Z1 PLU resetting reports on the Slave
Perform System X2/Z2 system resetting reports on the Master
Perform System X2/Z2 PLU system resetting reports on the Master
The problem is that when I perform an X1/Z1 PLU system resetting report on the
Master the already individually reset plu's from the slave machine are not reported.
A. This is correct, When Plu's are individually reset on the slave they are moved from
the Daily file into the Save Daily and can only then be read using an X2/Z2 PLU
system resetting report on the Master.
It is important to set line 924=1733 and also line 925=0301 also ensure that the
save file exist option is enabled during IRC Setup.
6.8 PLU Report
Q. On the UP-800 when performing an individual plu report on the slave this report
