Other language settings
You can set the "OTHER" language for audio, subtitle, and disc
menu. (Refer to "Language code list for disc language" on page 63.)
Example: To select HU (Hungarian) as a disc menu

Parental level setting

Select "System Setup" on the setup menu screen (see
steps 1 - 2 on page 59).

Select "Parental setting" in step 3 on page 59.

Press the cursor (  or  ) button to select "Level" and
press the ENTER button.

Enter a 4-digit password with the direct number buttons.
(Default setting: 6629)

Set the parental level (see page 61) and press the
ENTER button.

Press the SET UP DVD button.
Note:
Whilst playing a disc with parental lock, the display may appear
requesting a password in order to watch some restricted scenes. In
such a case, enter the password to temporarily change the parental
level.
To change the password:
 
When you forget your password:

On the initial setting screen, select "Language Setup" (see
steps 1 - 2 on page 59), and select "Disc menu" and press
the ENTER button.

Press the cursor (  or  ) button
to select "OTHER" and press the
ENTER button.

Press the   or   button to select
"H" for the first letter.

Press the   or   button to move
cursor for entering the second
letter.

Press the   or   button to select
"U" for the second letter.

Sleep operation
You can set the system to the power stand-by mode at the specified
time.
To confirm the remaining sleep time:
Press the SLEEP button whilst the sleep timer is set.
The remaining sleep time is displayed for about 8 seconds.
To cancel the sleep operation:
Press the ON/STAND-BY button whilst the sleep timer is set.

Play back the desired sound source.

Press the SLEEP button and within 8 seconds, press the
ENTER button.
To change the sleep time:
Whilst the sleep time is displayed, press the   or   button.
(Maximum: 3 hours - Minimum: 5 minutes)

Within 30 seconds, press the ENTER button.

The system will enter the power stand-by mode automati-
cally after the preset time has elapsed.
The volume will turn down 30 seconds before the sleep opera-
tion finishes.
