15. Cut the 3 wire fixing bands.

Disconnect the 5 connectors.
(CN6,CN15,CN5B,CN9B,CN7)

Then lift up the control board unit (PWB) and remove it.

16 .Unscrew the 3 screws fixing the power supply board

unit (PWB).
Unscrew the 1 screw fixing the PTC thermistor.
Unscrew the 1 screw fixing the fan motor capacitor.

17. Disconnect the 2 terminals (Blue). (A3AEXM24CR

only). Disconnect the 2 terminals (Brown).
And unscrew the 3 screws fixing the terminal board
angle assembly then turn it inside out.

18. Unscrew the 2 screws fixing the transformer then

remove the power supply board unit (PWB).

19. Disconnect 2 connectors (CN1,CN9). Then lift up the

relay board unit (PWB) and remove it.

20. Unscrew the 2 screws fixing the heat sink cover then

remove it.

21. Disconnect the 6 terminals(IN+,IN-,L+,L-,OUT+,

OUT-) and 1 connector (CN13) on the active filter.
And unscrew the 2 screws fixing the active filter and
remove it.

22. Unscrew the 4 screws fixing the heat sink
Note : Seal the 4 burring holes with silicone sealer

23. Disconnect the 5 terminals(P(+),N(-),U,V,W) and 2

connectors (CN5A,CN14) on the power transistor
module (IPM). And unscrew the 4 screws fixing the
power module and remove it.

Take out the air filters.
  Open the open panel.
  Push the air filters up slightly to unlock

them.
Pull the air filters down to remove

and the deodorant filter from the air filter. 
Snap out in the arrow marked direction. 
Set the new dust collection filter and 
the deodorant filter with filter stoperts 
located on the air filters.

Check the filters.

Reinstall the air filters
  Reinstall the air filters in the original

positions.
Close the open panel.
Push the arrow-marked of the panel
firmly to lock it in place.

Precautions
The dust collection filter and the deodorant filter are packed as accessory of this unit.
During operation of the air conditioner, the filters remove dust and tobacco smoke
from the air and discharges clean air.
• The filters are sealed in a plastic bag to keep their dust collection effect.
  Do not open the bag until using the filters. (Otherwise the filters life may get shorter.)
• Do not expose the filters to direct sunlight. (Otherwise they may deteriorate.)

The filter should be cleaned every 3~6 months

REMOVE THE AIR FILTERS

CLEAN THE DEODORANT FILTER
1 Take off the deodorant filter from the air

filters.

2 Soak the deodorant filter in mild detergent

dilution for 10 to 20 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with water, dry completely
under sunlight.

3 Set the clean deodorant filter under the fil-

ter stoppers located on the air filters.

REINSTALL THE AIR FILTERS

:

• Replacement is necessary at the interval of 3 years, as the deodorising effect will

deteriorate.
The new filters are available at your nearest dealer.

The filter should be changed every 3~6 months

REMOVE THE AIR FILTERS

CHANGE THE DUST COLLECTION FILTER
1 Take off the old dust collection filter from

the air filters.

2 Set the new dust collection filter, the black

side facing upward, under the filter stop-
pers located on the air filters.

REINSTALL THE AIR FILTERS

:

• The dirty dust collection filter is not washable for reuse.

The new filters are available at your nearest dealer.
