2.14. Bezel sheet and Bezel corner sticking procedure
• LCD PANEL KIT contains the following parts. (LCD Panel, Bezel sheet, Bezel corner, Insulating sheet, Tape)
• The bezel sheet and bezel corner are made of thin metal. If it is removed, it might be deformed and can't be reused.

• The bezel sheet and bezel corner are made of thin metal. If it is removed, it might be deformed and can't be reused.
1. Remove the release paper of the Bezel corner, stick to the LCD Panel corner.

[Bezel sheet sticking]
• The bezel sheet and bezel corner are made of thin metal. If it is removed, it might be deformed and can't be reused.
1. Remove the release paper on Bezel sheet (3) of the back cabinet side (thin side).
2. Stick Bezel sheet (3) on the top of the LCD Panel as shown in the picture below.
3. Press surface of Bezel sheet (3) to increase the adhesive force.
4. Remove the release paper on Bezel sheet (1) of the bezel side, stick it to the bezel surface.
5. Press surface of Bezel sheet (1) to increase the adhesive force.
6. Remove the release paper on Bezel sheet (2) of the back cabinet side (thick side).
7. Stick Bezel sheet (2) on the bottom of the LCD Panel as shown in the picture below.
8. Press surface of Bezel sheet (2) to increase the adhesive force.

[Insulating sheet and Tape sticking]
1. Remove the release paper of the Insulating sheets, stick to the LCD Panel as shown in the picture below.
2. Stick 6 Tapes to the LCD Panel as shown in the picture below.
