2.8. LCD panel module removal
1. Disconnect 4 nuts (Ref.No.23).
2. Disconnect 5 nuts (Ref.No.22).
3. Disconnect 2 nuts (Ref.No.33).
[Power board base mount metal removal]
4. Remove 4 screws S3.
5. Removal cable of AC inlet from hook (Ref.No.26).
6. Removal "Power board base mount metal" (Ref.No.7).

7. Disconnect 3 nuts (Ref.No.22).
8. Disconnect 2 nuts (Ref.No.33).
9. Remove "Board base mount metal 1/2"(Ref.No.10,11).

2.9. AC inlet removal
1. Remove 2 screws S4 and then remove AC inlet (Ref. No.13) from "Power board base metal" (Ref. No.7).
[Note]
• The bezel sheet and bezel corner are fixed with double-sided tape.
If it is removed, it might be deformed and cannot be reused.
• Bezel sheets and bezel corners are included in the replacement LCD pane unitl.

2.10. Speakers removal
1. Remove 4 screws S1 and then remove Speakers (Ref.No.35 and No.36) off from the rear cover (Ref.No.14).

4. Remove the IR board and KEY board.

2.11. IR module removal
1. Remove 2 screws S8 and remove fixing plate (Ref.No.10).
Remove IR module (Ref.No.18, 34)
Note: Pay attention not to tear off the FPC cable from the connector.

2.12. Key module removal
1. Remove screw S9 to remove the key module bracket.
2. Unhook of the bracket to remove the key module (Ref.No.19,28,33).
