1. Adjustments Items and Procedures
When the following parts are disassembled or replaced, please adjust the items according to the table below.

*1 When the EEPROM data transfer has been taken, the adjusted data listed below will be transferred from the
original board to new board.

2. Optical Adjustment
Before taking optical adjustments, remove the cabinet top following the "Mechanical Disassembly".
Tools: a hex wrench and a slot screwdriver.
Note: Do not disconnect connectors on the main board, because the projector cannot turn on due to operate the
power failure protection.
2. 1. Optical center adjustment
[Before]
- Input a 100% white signal.
1. Adjust the condenser lens (OUT) to obtain a completely white screen.
1) In case the shadow appears on the left or right edge of the
screen. Loosen 1 screw A and move the condenser lens unit
right or left to disappear the shadow on the screen. (Fig.2-1)
2) In case the shadow appears on the top or bottom edge of the
screen. Loosen 2 screws B and move the condenser lens unit
upper or lower to disappear the shadow on the screen. (Fig.2-2)
2. Tighten screws A and B to fix the condenser lens unit.

3. 1. Service adjustment menu operation
Enter service mode.
To enter the "Service Mode", press and hold the [MENU] button and [] button on the projector for more than 3 seconds or
press and hold the [MENU] button on the remote control for more than 20 seconds.
The service menu appears on the screen as follows.
To adjust service data
1. Select the adjusting items "Group", "No." or "Data" by pressing the [MENU] button repeatedly. The red cursor will
move to show the selected item.
2. To change the value of selected item, press the [] or [] button repeatedly. Refer to the "Service adjustment
data table" for further information.
Exit service mode.
Press <v/b> to exit the service mode.
