* The letters in the left of inspection items indicate the P.C. Boards related to their respective descriptions.
* Please take care for electro-static discharges by using grounded wrist straps to release the electricity from the body.
■ Power does not turn ON. ([STANDBY/ON] LED does not light in red)
Check the connection of each connector
AC inlet ~ P1, P3 ~ A15

Connect the cables firmly

Disconnect the A15 connector, and 12 and 13 pin voltage is
about 8V. (connector cable side)

P Replace the [P]-P.C.Board
A Check and replace the [A]-P.C.Board

A Check the voltage 13V at pin 12 and 13 of connector A15.

Check the connection of each connector.

Check the voltage DC16V between pin 1,3,5,7 and 2,4,6,8 of
connector D1 at the lighting mode.

After power turned on, color wheel and a phosphor wheel are
rotating ? (Starting noise check)

Check the color wheel and a phosphor wheel, and con-
nection
D Replace [D]-P.C.Board
Check the LD open failure location in the service mode.
Applicable LD unit replace.
