SECTION 1 SERVICE INFORMATION

5.  When the communication to the projector is established, below window will appears. Get the system log following to the 
procedure below.
 ① Select the projector name you want to get the system log.
 ② Select a tab [Log(System)].
 ③ Click [Receive] button.
6. The acquisition of system log is complete when the complete dialog window appears.
    Click [OK] button to close the window and check the system log.

5. 3. 5. Self-diagnosis serial control command and response code
  • Use the command "QVX:ERRS1" to get the information of Self-diagnosis for this model.
    The returned value provides the 127bit self-diagnosis information as follows. (Table below shows no error occurs)
 
  •  The returned value "N" indicates normal and "E" indicates error status. The first bit 0 starts from right and it ends by 127th 
bit at left.
  •  Example: If the self-diagnosis information is inquired if the temperature error occurs on the LD1 unit, the "E" will appear on 
68th bit as the below.
"E" will appear on 68th bit.
