Check the connection of each connector
AC inlet - P1, P6-DG1

Connect the cables firmly
DG Disconnect the DG1 connector, and voltage on pin 1 is about
3.3V. (connector cable side)

P Replace the P-PCB
DG Check and replace the DG-PCB

5. 4. Troubleshooting
• The letters in the left of inspection items indicate the P.C. Boards related to their respective descriptions.
• Please take care for electro-static discharges by using grounded wrist straps to release the electricity from the
body.

■ Light source does not turn on. (Both of [LIGHT1,LIGHT2] LED blink 3 times)
■ Light source does not turn on. (Either of [LIGHT1,LIGHT2] LED blinks 2 times or 3 times)
Check the connection of each connector.
P3 - D1, P5/D2 - DR1/DR2

Connect the cables firmly.
Check the error status with "SELF-CHECK" screen or the system
log and find the error on the LD unit.

Replace the LD unit which has an error.
Check the connectors.
P3 - D1, P5/D2 - DR1/DR2, DR2 - DG9, DR2 - DG19, DR4 -
LD unit FPC connector, DR5 - LD unit FPC connector

Check each connection firmly.

Check the driver input voltage.
D1 connector pin 1 : DC 380 V, pin 4 : DC 16 V
(at the lighting mode)

Check the voltage of 110V at pin 1 of D2 connector.

Disconnect the connectors DR1 on the both of DR-PCB(LD1/
LD2). Check the voltage of 110V at pin 1 of D2 connector.

After power turned on, color wheel and phosphor wheel are
rotating ? (Rotation noise is hearing?)

Check the color wheel and phosphor wheel, and connec-
tion
DR Replace DR-PCB which the voltage is observed at pin 1 of D2
connector when disconnecting the DR1 connector.
DR Replace DR-PCB indicated by the LED blinking.
