* Check that the pin of the connector does not bend.
* Check that the cable is slipping off from the housing.

Connect the connector firmly.
* Replace cable if the pin of the connector bend.

Check the connectors and cables.

* Check that the pin of the connector does not bend.
* Check that the cable is slipping off from the housing.
