SECTION 1 SERVICE INFORMATION

5.  When the communication to the projector is established, below window will appears. Get the system log following to the 
procedure below.
① Select the projector name you want to get the system log
② Select a tab [Log(System)]
③ Click [Receive] button 
6. The acquisition of system log is complete when the complete dialog window appears.
  Click [OK] to close the window and check the system log.
  • System log window
The main window of the LogTool is shown in the below.
Function description                                
1 Projector selection
   Selection window of the projector for get-
ting the system log
2 System information
   Displays the system information of the pro-
jector
3 Error log
   Displays the error log of the projector. 
(Memorize latest 3 logs)
4 System log
  Displays the system log of the projector
5 [Save to file] button
  To save the acquired system log to the PC
6 [Receive] button
   To receive the system log from the selected 
projector.
7 [Receive all log] button
   To receive the all of system log of selected 
projectors.
8 [Save All log] button
   To store all of logs into a file.

5.6.  Self-diagnosis information acquisition by control commands
5.6.1. Self-diagnosis query command
  fUse the command "QVX:ERRS1" to get the information of Self-diagnosis.
    The response string provides the 512bit, and the first bit 0 starts from right and it ends by 511th bit at left. 
    The response value of each bit, "N" indicates normal and "E" indicates error status.
    Refer to the "System log error code table" for the details of each bit.
 
5.6.2. Error code query command
  fUse the command "QVX:ERRS2" to get the error code directly.
    The response value indicates an error code (Undefined length, maximum 10 codes).
     Display in order of F group, H group, U group, and In the case of the same groups, they are displayed in ascending 
numerical order.
