[STATUS]. They cannot be displayed at the shutdown.

5.4. System log data acquisition method
* The log data acquisition via LAN terminal or serial terminal.
5.4.1. Equipment to be used
1. Computer : Use it for acquisition of log data.

LAN terminal connection
LAN cable. (When connecting directly, use a cross cable)
3. Service Software : [LogToo.exe (v2.1.0.9~)] Please download the service software from the projector service Web (PASS).
5.4.2. Connection preparations
1. Check the settings of the projector.
 
Serial terminal connection
  1)  The [INPUT SELECT] of sub menu [RS-232C] of [PROJECTOR SETUP] must be set according to the connection method
  2) Enter the service mode, setup the [RS232C] - [EMULATE] of [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu to [OFF].
  3) Check the RS-232C settings (ID, Baudrate and Parity) and take a note.
 
 
LAN terminal connection
  1) Set the [DIGITAL LINK] of [NETWORK] menu to [AUTO] or [ETHERNET].
  2) Check the IP address with [NETWORK STATUS] menu and take a note.
  3)  Set your PC's IP address to the same network group as the projector's IP address.
 
If you change the each menu settings, please return the settings to the original (customers) after work.
2. Connect the projector and the PC by using a communication cable.

5.4.3. Acquisition of log data
1. Switch the projector to "Normal-Standby" mode (STANDBY(R)/ON(R) indicator lights in red).
2. Start up service software [LogTool.exe] with a computer.

3. The  projector connection setting window appears. Select [Option] -> [Password] to display the password input window.    
  Enter the service password [1565z] and then click [OK].
4. Select [LAN] or [Serial] of connection method and setup the connection information to connect to the projector.

 In case of known IP address of projector 
  Select [Manual] and setup the IP address, Port (Command Port) and then [click [Connect] button.

 In case of unknown IP address of projector 
   Select [Search] and setup the [IP Address/subnet mask] to the same network of the projector and Port(Command port) and 
then click [Search] button. 
After searching result, the available projectors are listed on the window as the below.
Check the projector ON on the list to acquire the system log and then click [OK] button.
  Serial terminal connection
Setup the baudrate and Parity according to the setting of [RS232C] of the projector and setup Port and then click [Connect] 
button.
