SECTION 1 SERVICE INFORMATION

4. FLICKER ADJUST
• Perform the flicker adjustment. ( Refer to "SECTION 3 Adjustment")
  * Take this adjustment after replacing the optical block or A-PCB.
5. POWER OFF MESSAGE
• Setting of the shutter function with standby operation
- SHUTTER KEEP:  When pushing the standby key while the shutter mode is on, the projector keeps the shutter mode on 
and sets into standby mode.
- SHUTTER OPEN:  When pushing the standby key while the shutter mode is on, the projector opens the shutter and displays 
the "Power OFF confirmation message". (Default)
  * This projector does not provide the mechanical shutter but it operates the same function.
6. ERROR OSD
•   Enables to display the error information of the LIGHT indicators on the screen (It is useful when using the projector with rear 
projection mode)
- ON :  "LD1/LD2 ERROR" is displayed on the screen if the lighting error occurs. (It will disappear when any of the control 
buttons is pressed.)
- OFF : No message is displayed on the screen if the lighting error occurs. (Default)
7. MODEL
• Setting up the model no. of the projector. (Refer to "SECTION 3 Adjustment")
*  Take this setting after replacing the A-PCB. The setting will be apply after turning on the Main sw. It is not necessary if the 
EEPROM data can be transferred from the original PCB.
8. LIGHT RUNTIME RESET
•  Reset the runtime of the LD unit after replacing the LD unit. The resetting will be apply after turning on the Main sw. (Refer to 
"SECTION 3 Adjustment")
  - LD1-1 : Resets the runtime of LD1-1 unit.
  - LD1-2 : Resets the runtime of LD1-2 unit.
  - LD2-1 : Resets the runtime of LD2-1 unit.
9. PANEL TYPE SETTING
• Setting up the LCD panel type (L-Type or R-Type). ( Refer to "SECTION 3 Adjustment")
10. RGB PIXEL ADJUST 
• Adjusts the convergence. Each pixel cab be moved +- 2 dots vertically and horizontally.( Refer to "SECTION 3 Adjustment")
11. GHOST FB CALIBRATION
• Performs the panel ghost feedback calibration.( Refer to "SECTION 3 Adjustment")
12. CLOG SENSOR CALIBRATION
• Calibrates the clog sensor circuit. ( Refer to "SECTION 3 Adjustment")
13. MUTE TIME OFFSET
•  Setting up the black mute time expansion. 
If the noise appears at input signal switching, etc., this setting can be invisible it to expand the mute time. 
- DISABLE: Default 
- 0.5s: expand the mute period in 0.5 second. 
    | 
- 5.0 S: Expand the mute period in 5.0 seconds.

14. INDICATOR SETTING
  • Set this when you want to turn off the indicator LED.
  – INDICATOR MODE
    – NORMAL : The indicator maintains lighting (Default)
    – OFF : The indicator will be forcibly turned off.
    – TIMEOUT : The indicator turns off when no operation is taken for a certain time.
  – NO ACTIVITY TIME
    Setup the time to turn off when INDICATOR MODE setting is TIMEOUT.
    You can set  the time up to 15 minutes in 1 minute. (Default  15 MIN)
    *If INDICATOR MODE setting is NORMAL or OFF, this will be grayed out.
15. COMMAND CONTROL TIMEOUT
• Setting up the communication specifications of the command control.
  - 0 SEC : 1 command 1 session mode. (Default)
  - 30 SEC : Keeps a session for 30 seconds.
  - Switches the time with qw button.
16. DIGITAL LINK OPTION
  • Setting up if the DIGITAL LINK firmware update failed.
  - 0: Normal mode (Default)
  - 1: Writing mode by the special tool
17. HDMI HOT PLUG CONTROL
  •  At the turning on the projector, setup when the abnormal HDMI signal (no information frame, etc.) is output from source 
equipment, it controls the Hot Plug and outputs the signal again.
    - DISABLE : Hot Plug is "High" during connecting to the source equipment.*1 
    - POWER ON : Hot Plug is switched from "Low" to "High" once when starting up the main power supply. (Default) *1, *2
    *1 :  When changing the setting of "EDID Selection" or "EDID Mode" on the HDMI IN menu, the Hop Plug becomes 
"Low".
    *2 : The source equipment may output the signal again to the connected equipment (monitors, projectors).
18. WAVE PLACE CONTROL
  •  Setting up the color correction function with the wave plate turning operation. 
- OFF: Disable the correction function. 
- ON: Enable the correction function (Default)
19. LIGHT OUT CONTROL
  •  Setting up the operation if the dynamic contrast is set off. 
- OFF: Native contrast, measurement mode. 
- ON: Normal mode (Default)

 1. [PICTURE] menu
[AI WINDOW] is added to the [USER] setting in sub menu [DYNAMIC CONTRAST].

Sets up the APL detective area. (AUTO/MANUAL, further settings are available in MANUAL mode)

ternal device, set this item so that the noise decreases. (AUTO/0 - 15)
• [DVI EQUALIZER] 
  When noise contamination to DVI input caused by long cable or ex-
ternal device, set this item so that the noise decreases. (AUTO/LOW/
MID/HIGH)

(1) The following two items are added to the sub-menu. 
  • [COOLING CONDITION]
    - Fan control can be set manually according to the projection method. (Usually set to [AUTO].)
  • [HIGH ALTITUDE MODE]
    - Altitude can be set manually. (Usually set to [AUTO].)
