General Block Diagram
MAIN Board
SOC (IC300)
This custom IC is used for general MFP operations.
ROM (IC301) (32MB)
This FLASH ROM contains all of the program instructions on the unit operations.
And support the backup of user setting and FAX receive data.

DDR3 Synchronous Dynamic RAM (IC404/IC405)
These SDRAMs is used for CPU work and receiving memory and page memory.
POWER SUPPLY
DC-DC converters generate 5V/3.3V/1.5V and 1.0V for system power.
Regulator generates 5V for system power and 0.75V for DDR3 3.3V for CIS power.

TEL/FAX I/F
Composed of ITS circuit and NCU circuit.

Motor
This model has 4 stepping motors and two DC motor including the optional Lower Input Tray.

Low Voltage Power Supply Board (SMPS Board)
Supplies +24V and +7V to the Main unit and controls the Heat Lamp.
High Voltage Power Supply Board (HVPS Board)
Supplies bias need for the printing operation: bias of the DRUM, Developing, Transcription and Separation.
Fuser Unit
Composed heat lamp, thermistor and thermostats.

1. An analog image data is output from CIS unit to IC700.
IC700 decode the analog data to digital data, and output to IC300.
Scanner I/F in IC300 process image data and store it in IC404/405
through DDR3 SDRAM I/F.
