8.5.
Removal of HX-Board
1. Remove the HZ Terminal Block and 2 HHH Terminal
Blocks.
(Refer to Removal of HZ-Board and HHH-Board)
(Refer to Removal of HZ-Board and HHH-Board)
2. Remove 1 screw ( ).
3. Remove 6 screws ( ) and then remove the Slot Case.
3. Remove 6 screws ( ) and then remove the Slot Case.
4. Disconnect the connector (HX1).
5. Remove 4 Hexagonal-Head screws and 2 screws and

then remove HX-Board.

Removal of DS-Board
1. Remove the Slot Case.
(Refer to Removal of HX-Board)
2. Disconnect the connector (DS14).
3. Remove 10 screws and then remove the Fixed Plate.
3. Remove 10 screws and then remove the Fixed Plate.
4. Disconnect the connectors (DS2, DS4, DS6, DS7, DS8,
DS15).
5. Remove the flexible cables from the connectors (DS1,
DS3).
6. Remove 3 screws and then remove DS-Board.

Removal of PB-Board
1. Disconnect the connectors (PB30, PB32, PB33, PB34,
PB35, PB36, PB38).
2. Remove 1 screw and then remove PB-Board.

8.8.
Removal of DN-Board
1. Disconnect the connectors (DN3, DN5, DN9, PB32,
PB33, PB34, PB35, PB36, PB38).
2. Remove the flexible cables from the connectors (DN1,
DN2).
3. Remove 2 screws ( ) and then remove the PB-Board
Block.
4. Remove 2 screws ( ) and then remove DN-Board.
Note:
A re-setup of the destination is performed by MS
mode after DN-Board exchange.

8.9.
Removal of D-Board
1. Disconnect the connectors (DN3, DN5, PB32, PB33,
PB34, PB35, PB36, PB38).
2. Remove the flexible cables from the connectors (DN1,
DN2).
3. Remove 4 screws and then remove the DN-Board Block.
4. Disconnect the connectors (D3, D5, D25).
5. Remove the flexible cables from the connectors (D20,

6. Remove 4 screws and then remove D-Board.
8.10. Removal of P-Board
1. Disconnect the connectors (P2, P6, P7, P9, P11, P12,
P25).
2. Remove 8 screws and then remove P(MULTI)-Board,
P(SUS)-Board and Fixed Plate.

8.11. Removal of H3-Board (L), (R)
1. Remove 4 screws and then remove the Speaker Terminal
Blocks (L), (R).
2. Disconnect the connector (H37).
3. Remove 6 screws (G) and then remove H3-Board.

8.12. Removal of Fan
8.12.1. Removal of Fan (A, B, F)
1. Disconnect the Fan Relay Connectors.
2. Remove 16 screws and then remove the Fan Blocks (1,
2, 4).
3. Remove 4 screws and then remove the Fan (A).
4. Remove 4 screws and then remove the Fan (B).

5. Remove 4 screws and then remove the Fan (F).
6. Reassemble the Fans in reverse order.
7. Stick the Fan Sponge around the Fan.

Note:
The Fan Sponge is not re-usable.
Please use a new one when Fan exchange.

8.12.2. Removal of Fan (C, D, E)
1. Remove 4 screws and then remove the Fan Block (3).
2. Disconnect the Fan Relay Connectors.

3. Remove 12 screws and then remove the Fans (C, D, E).
4. Reassemble the Fans in reverse order.
5. Stick the Fan Sponge around the Fan.

Note:
The Fan Sponge is not re-usable.
Please use a new one when Fan exchange.
