10 Adjustment
10.1. Adjustment-1 (Image Sensor)
Perform adjustment in cases below. Follow the instructions in section 10.1.1. and later on adjusting the Image Sensor.
1. When an Image Sensor is replaced.
2. When an Image Sensor is reassembled.
3. When the CONTROL Board is replaced.
4. When the printing result of the straight line on the screen is distorted as shown in the figure below.

10.1.1. Preparation before Adjustment
1. Clean the white standard sample area (part with slanted line in
the right figure) on the Screen (Film).
2. Press the "Advance Key" to move the screen to the home
position.
3. Draw a pattern on the screen surface with a ruler as shown in
Fig. 10.1.1.

10.1.2. Adjustment Pattern Output
Perform the following operation so that the pattern drawn in section 10.1.1. is scanned by the Image Sensor and the adjustment
pattern is output.

10.1.2.1. Operation
(1) Insert the USB memory in the Panaboard.
(2) Enter the Service Mode. (See 9.1.)
(3) Press the "Menu Key" or the "2-Screen Copy Key" until the adjustment pattern output ("Hb") is selected.
(4) Press the "Multi-Copy/Stop Key" to start scanning the screen.

After finishing scanning it, the adjustment pattern will be output to the USB memory.
