6.6 Confi rmation Methods for Inner-Pot Detector Operation
The micro switch is a safety switch for detecting whether the inner pot is put in, of which the mechanism is that, by
means of the mechanical up–and-down movement of the bottom sensor, a safety rod is used for switching on or off
the microswitch.
● Confi rmation methods
Is it in the following relationships?

indicator light (orange)

The indicator light is lit

Around 5s after taking out the inner
pot, the buzzer sounds once, and
then the indicator light turns off.
•  If the safety rod is not in the relationship shown as below, check its movement.
•  If the safety rod moves normally, please replace the safety microswitch.
6.7  Adjustment methods for holding
temperature
The holding temperature can be adjusted by rotating
VR1 on the control panel (operation component).
Please rotate VR1 at the side of LCD with a screwdriver.
The temperature will rise by 1℃ if rotating VR1
clockwise for 10°.
Since the temperature will change accordingly in all
steps, please do not adjust the temperature with an
increment of 3℃ or more.
(Note)
Disconnect the power in temperature adjustment.

7.  Disassembly and Assembly Instructions
7.1 Before
Disassembly
7.1.1 Maintenance
attentions

Please observe the attentions.
The matters requiring special attention in the course of maintenance must be indicated on the labels
and seal strips of housing, bottom frame and component, etc. Please observe these attentions as
seriously as observing the operation manual.
Electric
shock
hazard

Electric shock
Since the control panel carries AC 220V, you may suffer electric shock if touching any live component
of it. Thus, please wear insulating gloves in power-on maintenance or while removing the dangerous
component to be replaced to avoid electric shock.
As some components in the inverse circuit carry high voltage, please take care in power-on operation.

Please use original components for maintenance.
Components of this appliance feature flame retardance, voltage withstanding and other safety
characteristics, thus please use components with the same characteristics for replacement. Especially
for the critical security components with the mark of “
” indicated in the circuit diagram and the
component list, please use original components.

If required, please install and wire the components as before.
For safety, this product is provided with some insulating materials such as hose and adhesive tape;
besides, some components fi xed on the upper part of the printed circuit board. When using ties to
secure the internal wiring, do keep them away from heating or high-voltage components. The wiring
must be placed well as before.
The replaced lead shall be kept away from the sharp edges of component.

After maintenance, please conduct safety inspection.
Please inspect whether all the usable screws, components and leads dismantled have been put
back to the original places correctly and whether there are any components whose performance has
degraded near the maintenance area.
 Insulation resistance
As required, the insulation resistance between plug-in electric terminal and exposed
area shall be 1MΩ or above.

Without permission, do not modify the appliance, components and elements in maintenance period.

When a wiring unit is provided as maintenance component, even if it breaks partially, please replace
the whole wiring unit, rather than re-connect it.

7.1.2 References
1.
The pressure indicator rod can clearly display the pressure state. It cannot be taken out easily. If reqquired
to take the rod off, it is acceptable to operate with 2 pairs of pliers or sharp-nose pliers, one for fi xing the top
inside the pressure indicator rod, the other for clamping the stop screws on the pressure indicator rod and
rotating them to the left, then the rod can be taken out, during which, please use soft cloth or tissue to provide
protection in order to avoid component damage. In fi xing, please operate as per the steps in a reverse way. (the
cap of the pressure indicator rod must be tightened)

7.1.3  Take out the inner pot
1.  Tilt the pressure relief valve to release the
pressure inside the pot.
(※ is used for confi rmation)
2.  Hold the handles on both sides of the cooker
and take the inner pot out of the cooker body.
If the pot is still very hot, please wait till it
cools down before starting operation.
