 1. Release 7 catch hooks, then remove PCB cover.

 2. Remove 4 screws holding D.P.C.(AU) board.

 1. Using solder wick or a desoldering tool and 30W soldering

iron carefully remove all solder from the terminal pins of the
low voltage transformer and/or power relays.

 2. With all the terminal pins cleaned and separated from

D.P.C. contacts, remove the defective transformer/power
relays, Replace components making sure all terminal pins
are inserted completely resolder all terminal contacts
carefully.

 1. Disconnect connector of fan motor.

 2. Remove 2 screws holding fan case (U) .

 3. Remove 3 screws to seperate fan motor from fan case

cover.

 1. Remove 2 screws holding motor bracket.

 2. Pull out shaft from stirrer motor.

 3. Disconnect connector from stirrer motor.

 4. Remove 2 screws holding stirrer motor on the motor

bracket.

 5. When you insert the motor shaft, make sure to match the

convex edge to the concave edge.

 1. Remove 4 screws holding left and right heater bracket on

oven cavity, then remove both 2 heater brackets.

 2. Remove 2 screws from both side of upper heater.

 3. Remove the heater by pulling it out slightly.

 1. Draw out water tank (U) from drip tray.

 2. Select the "Drain Water" function to drain the water

remaining in the water pipes and tubes into oven drip tray
forcibly. (Operating method: Add 100g of water to the water
tank

→ touch "Auto Cook Menu" key → tap "+"/"-" or swipe

the slide bar to select "Drain water"

→ touch "Set" key to

verify

→ touch "Start" key → wait the program finishing →

empty the drip tray.) Then wipe up the oven cavity.

 3. Disconnect 2 connectors from steam heater terminals.

 4. Remove 1 screw holding thermistor on steam heater.

 5. Remove 1 screw holding thermal cutout bracket on steam

heater.
