10.1.7.
BD Power P.C.B.
1. Remove the wire with connector (A) and connector (B).
2. Remove the 3 screws (A) to remove BD Power P.C.B..

Drive Unit
1. Remove the FFC (A), and isolate it with an ESD preven-
tion bag (RPFC0114).
2. Remove the FFC (B), FFC (C) and FFC (D).
3. Remove the 4 screws (A) to remove Drive Unit.
3. Remove the 4 screws (A) to remove Drive Unit.

BD Digital P.C.B.
1. Remove the 2 screws (A) to remove BD Digital P.C.B..

10.2. Drive Unit
10.2.1.
Tray Unit
1. Insert the paper clips, etc. into the hole of the bottom side,
and slide it to the direction of arrow until it can be.
2. Pull the Tray Unit to the direction of arrow until it can be.
3. Insert the paper clips, screw drivers, etc. to open the tabs,
and pull the Tray Unit.
10.2.2.
Pulley Gear, Belt
1. Perform the step “10. 2. 1. Tray Unit”.
2. Push the Post to the direction of arrow by using the slot-

Slide Cam, Traverse Base
1. Perform the step “10. 2. 2. Pulley Gear, Belt”.
2. Open the connector lock, and disconnect the FFC.

Drive Gear and Loading Motor
1. Perform the step “10. 2. 3. Slide Cam, Traverse Base”.
2. Remove the Drive Gear.
2. Remove the Drive Gear.
3. Remove the Screw (A).
4. Turn over the Drive Unit, then remove the Loading Motor
unit with spreading the 2 tabs.
5. Remove the FFC.
6. Remove the Switch P.C.B. with spreading the tab.
