8 Referring to Fig. 2-3, remove two screws that secure the
Dome Safety Wire and remove the Dome Safety Wire
with the Sealing Packing from the Main Unit.
8 Remove four screws that secure the Dome Cover Unit
and remove the Dome Cover Unit from the Main Unit.

8 Referring to Fig. 2-4, remove three screws that secure
the Mechanical Unit, disconnect the connector between
the Cable of the Slip Ring of the Mechanical Unit and the
Relay Cable of CN7 on the Communication Board and
Unit.
8 Disconnect three connectors (CN2, CN3, CN5 on the
Communication Board) and remove the Cables of CN2,
CN3 on the Switch Board, E5 on the Power Board in the
Dome Housing Unit.
8 Remove three screws that secure the Communication
Board Unit and remove the Communication Board Unit
from the Dome Housing Unit.

8 Referring to Fig. 2-5, remove three screws that secure
the Camera Mounting Bracket and remove the Camera
Mounting Bracket from the Mechanical Unit.

8 Referring to Fig. 2-6, remove the Elevertion Masks that
secure the Inner Domes.
8 Remove two screws that secure the Inner Domes,
release four Hooks of the Inner Domes and remove the
Inner Domes from the Mechanical Unit.

8 Referring to Fig. 2-7, remove one screw that secure the
FFC Holder Cover and remove the FFC Holder Cover
and the FFC Holder from the Mechanical Unit.
8 Disconnect two connectors (CN4 on the Main Board and
CN1 on the Servo Board) and remove the Flexible Flat
Cable from the Mechanical Unit. 
8 After removed the Flexible Flat Cable from two connec-
tors, restore the lock lever of two connectors. 
8 Remove three screws that secure the Sub Chassis Ass'y. 
8 Remove one screw that secure the FFC Clamp and
remove the FFC Clamp and the Sub Chassis Ass'y from
the Mechanical Unit. 
8 Remove one E Ring that secure the Tilt Gear Ass'y and
remove the Tilt Gear Ass'y from the Mechanical Unit. 
8 Remove the Camera Unit from the Mechanical Unit.

8 Referring to Fig. 2-8, remove two screws that secure the
Rear Lens Cover, release two hooks of the Rear Lens
Cover and remove the Rear Lens Cover from the Front
Lens Cover.
8 Remove two screws that secure the Front Lens Cover
and remove the Front Lens Cover from the Camera Unit. 
8 Referring to Fig. 2-9, disconnect two connectors (CN204
on the Main Board and CN400 on the Tilt Board) and
remove the Flexible Flat Cable from the Camera Unit . 
8 After removed the Flexible Flat Cable from two connec-
tors, restore the lock lever of two connectors. 
Otherwise the lock lever will catch on the Chassis
when the Camera Head is removed from the Chassis.
8 Remove two screws that secure the Lens Shield Cover
from the Lens Chassis Unit of the Camera Unit. 
8 Remove three screws that secure the Camera Head and
remove the Camera Head from the Lens Chassis Unit.

8 Reconnect the following connectors by using the
Extension Board Ass'y (Refer to Fig. 1-2) and the
Extension Cable (Refer to Fig. 1-3) for WV-CS850 Series. 
1. Connect the Extension Cable D (Refer to Fig. 1-2)
between CN2, CN3 on the Communication Board and
the Cables of CN2, CN3 on the Switch Board in the
Dome Housing Unit.
2. Connect the Extension Cable (Refer to Fig. 1-3)
between CN5 on the Communication Board and the
Cables of E5 on the Power Board in the Dome
Housing Unit.
8 Reconnect the Cable of the Slip Ring to CN7 on the
Communication Board. 
8 Reconnect the Flexible Flat Cable between CN4 on the
Main Board and CN1 on the Servo Board. 
8 Reconnect the Flexible Flat Cable between CN204 on the
Main Board and CN400 on the Tilt Board.
8 Supply the power to the Camera. 
8 Contact the magnet to VS1 on the Servo Board. 
3. Connection and Setting Up for
Adjustment
3.1. Connection

Adjustment Procedure.

Connect the Underscanned Colour Video Monitor to the
VIDEO OUT Connector of the Remote E.V.R. Adjustment
Kit through the Vectorscope by using the coaxial cables.

Connect the Video Output Connector of the WV-
CW970/WV-CW974 to the CAMERA IN Connector of the
Remote E.V.R. Adjustment Kit by using the coaxial cable.
8
Terminate the input terminal of the Underscanned Colour
Video monitor with 75 Ω.
8
Connect the 24 V AC Power Supply Unit to the Power
Connector of the WV-CW974. 
8
Connect the 12 V DC Power Supply Unit to the E.V.R.
Adjustment Kit.
8
Connect the Remote E.V.R. Adjustment Kit to the
Personel Computer (IBM PC/AT type) by using the
Standard Straight RS-232C cable.
8
Connect the probe of the Oscilloscope or Frequency
Counter at the desired Test Point in each adjustment
step.
